14"rims 4x114.3 rims +42 or there abouts enquiry

looking for a price for some cheap 14" rims with fwd offset and 4x114.3 PCD
need to have tyres that are roadworthy.
a set of 18" rims (i think 6.5 inch wide but can't tell) with tyres (still a bit left) could be given for exchange with cash offset.
preferrably to fit a 94 integra.
any contacts would also be appreciated and i will e-mail to them appropriately as well.
