Average Guess on Price of 1985 Corona SR 2.4L?

Hey, seen this car a few times sittin with grass round it, Special edition corona SR, around 84-85, has 2.4L super responsive badge on the side, its white with red SR stickers, anyone know what this is worth>? Import or not?

umm, get prices from the trading post for a non-import and then convince the owner it's not special  heh hhe

Yeah it has a 22R-E, and it's not a grey import, they were sold locally.

I have owned three of these in the past, they used to be one of my favourites many many years ago.
Basically the SR is a 2.4 (22RE) Corona CSi (although there were a few 2.0 2SC ones) with special sports seats, front and rear spoilers, sports steering wheel and colour coded grille and mirrors. They look quite sporty and unique.
There was only 1000 built and finding a good one now would be very hard to do as most were either written off, stolen or in very bad condition with high mileage seeing they are 20 years old now.
Good luck if you do find a good one. Buy it, they are a nice car.
By the way, they only came in manual.
