Can anyone translate Japanese? SAFC II help

As the title states, can anyone translate Japanese? I just got my safc II and expected a nice set of English instructions just like my avcr, but no. So I am look for either help with which wire goes were or someone how could translate what the diagram says, because it dosn't seem to be a simple as the avcr.

Ring up some local 'performance tune shops' and ask if they install the A'PEXi SAFC. Most places do, or at least know of where to get it done.
Then get them to help you figure out what goes where. They might fax you some sheets, or let you stroll down and look at their english manual.
I bought my SAFC and only got the photocopyed manual, cuz the tune shop kept the orginal!
Basically all you need to install the SAFC is an ECU pin diagram of your car, and to know what colour wires go where.
