anyhting from 10W up will be fine, I wouldnt reccomend using a full synthetic, in particular mobil 1, the tolerances in the 4A are not suited IMHO to the lighter oils.

Use a 50 weight or 60 weight oil... e.g. Penrite HPR15 (15W60), Gulf Western Protecta Ultra (15W50), Gulf Western Gulf 1 (10W60), Gulf Western Protecta Multi Valve (15W50) etc. etc.

Yes if it is 10W50... i.e. 50 weight it will be fine too.
