For the year and a half I've owned my MA70 the fuel gauge hasn't worked. Very occasionally the fuel level would creep up to about 1/4 full, but the needle would sink back down to Empty. The fuel warning light hasn't worked either. The sender unit in the tank appears to be working. I've got the instrument cluster out and I'll change the bulbs, but is there something I've missed? I can't trace the wiring from the sender to the gauge.

How do I test the sender properly?
How do I test the fuel gauge?
How do I trace the wiring?

Thanx
