my 4age equipped ae86 came with an aftermarket air filter on it (finer filter to be specific) but i've been told by some people that i need to have a certificate from transport/dpi to say that it's 'all good'. is this true?
it's just a bleeding air filter... the engine swap itself has been cleared with transport dept, but an air filter?

on a slightly different note, who knows anything about the requirements/costs etc of having one's car re-registered as a 2 seater in WA? i'm wanting to stick fixed back seats in the front, and i never use the back seats anyway, so i figure i might as well make it legal and do it properly...
