Sorry mate,i can not sell the suspension or any parts from the car as it would not handle nearly as well without springs and shocks.  thanks for the comments though matey.

This isnt badmouthing your price or anything like that, I'm just surprised at the price of these back here in australia. I've just come back from 3 weeks in new zealand and was so surprised at the prices of imported cars over there due to their import laws and restrictions (or lack of).
A similar car over there would fetch 3.5K if it was in as good condition as this one. But it seems that back here this price is about typical of such a nice example.

Mighty boy --- did you see my car on the highway at the mobil service station where the eagleboys pizza shop is ?
I seem to recall seeing a nice white AW11 parked there and you do not see many around here,my car is the only AW11 sc in the area but there are 3 AW11 na's about that i know of.
Nudes --- Yep all cars are cheap as chips in New Zealand,wish it was also the case here in AUS as this car cost me over $11k to get on the road and that's without the 3k+ i have spent on suspension and rear end bush's,wheel bearings and other bits so i consider it a pretty fair price for an AW11 sc which is ready to drive and enjoy in AUS.
When all is considered it is hard to find another true sports car that measures up to the driving experience delivered by an AW11 sc without spending a lot more moola than $8500 in Australia.

Yes, as i tried to say this is a very nice price for a car in such a good condition.
The low resale prices in NZ are due to low initial costs of purchase, compliance, import fees/tax and parts but with this not being the case in Australia, obviously this resale price is reflective of the higher local costs incurred by you to purchase the car, modify it and maintain it to such a high standard.
Such is life and i would much rather forgo such savings just to live in australia! Happy Australia Day everybody.
Sincere goodluck with the sale. Really nice car.

It actually wasn't as bad as I thought. Shannons stuffed me around initially, but ended up being $794/year (I'm 26, rating 1, no accidents and I have my Cressida with them). Being in Adelaide no doubt helps.
Just Car Insurance was $704/year, however that was with a huge $900 excess or $1200 excess if the car is stolen.
At the moment I'm tossing up between a SC one such as yours, or a stock Aus delivered one. I'll let you know how I go.

Well it looks like the best action to take is to advertise it in the trading post and local paper as much as i hate to invite tyrekicking test drivers.
