2003 Camry - strange problem with electric windows.

My Uncle has a 2003 Camry Altise.
Twice he has arrived home after driving somewhere with all of his windows down and found that he is not able to close the windows. Luckily both times were during business hours and he was able to take it straight back to the dealer where they played with switches and fuses apparently till things started working again. They told him this has happened with another Camry they sold and they tried changing all sorts of parts (under warranty) trying to sort the problem but it still occasionly happens to the poor guy. My uncle is afraid this might start to get worse after his warranty runs out and then he'll have to foot the bill for fixing something that Toyota can't seem to fix. Thanks if you're still reading
Has this happened to anyone else with a new camry and do they know what the cause was?
