t04 flange ???

i was just wondering do any other turbos bolt onto a t04 flange as im looking at going a 1jz swop and a singal turbo on this just wondering is the t04 to big to have good power but yet be very responsive ?? eg track racing twisties driftie type uses not drag ?? i was thinking of going like some osrt of gt3540 set up im just confused all these numbers all these flanges all these numbers
down to point what can bolt onto a t04 flange
what a good turbo for drifting with a 1jz and a rather heavy car
and sorry for sounding like a n00b
