how to tell what spring rating my springs are? Thu, 21 November 2002 21:59 Go to previous message
so here's a curly one...

AE86, king springs, koni adjustables. Lowered slightly.

It wasn't me who fitted the uprated suspension gear, and it wasn't the last owner.

How can i tell what spring rate they are and how much my car has been lowered from stock?

I'm wanting to get some roll centre adjusters fitted, but it's rather tricky to do without knowing how far the car has been lowered.

tis all very tricky... ideas? I'd prefer not to have to pull the springs/shocks off the car, but it's an option if necessary.
