Auto one- Monroe GT gas front strut inserts, Kyb rear shocks of a crown non irs. Then Whiteline dobinson springs, i got heavy duty coils, standard ride height but for less roll they will give you 2inch lowered
4 springs is $320
Shocks for me was $260 but budget up to 500 dollars as my order was stuffed, kyb don't make shocks for rona's they ordered crown ones hence saying that the no irs rears from a crown fit.
for me 580 bucks for parts + a case of vb for my uncle to fit them.
then a decent set of tyres and your set

Do it in stages to assess the improvements as you go along.
First on the list - get a bigger front sway bar. A TT142 24mm one should do the trick, nicely.
Somebody was selling one of these in the Suspension parts for sale forum a little while ago...
New nolathane bushes will make a world of difference as well.
After that, heavy duty lowered springs (I run Lovells) and Koni shocks (I had a friend help get me a great price on these, are my personal preferences.

That someone is me for sure
A bigger front sway bar makes a huge difference to a car, reducing the understeer way down to to a much more enjoyable level.
Can't help you on the price of a strut brace, I'm unsure if they make them for your model, except to say that if they were fitted to a TT142 as standard, one of these *should* fit your car as well.
Cheers,
Mitch.

Koni may not make them for the ST141, but youll find some that fit and work correctly.
Measure the size of the original strut inserts (diameter, length & stroke length).
