hey can someone explain why they sell these A-pillar gauge mounts as I was pulled over by the pigs, and I had an RTA inspector go over me whole car! I got a defect cause my 5inch Autometer Shift light was like 2 inches about the highest part of the dash. The RTA inspected showed me the actual law or legslilation on where aftermarket gauges can be mounted and he said those A-pillar mounts are totally illegal yet they are in every car in most 4cyl mags!! The Inspector said the only place its legal is if its mounted no higher than the highest point of the dash Who else has had this problem?
