Now that summer is getting closer, and hot days are numerous my 1jz powered MA70 is boiling when going up steepish hills, especially when going slowly (stuck in traffic etc). It has a brand new radiator, and the block/cooling system has been flushed (professionally??!). When driving on flat ground it is fine, even in very heavy traffic or driving hard - it seems to only overheat going uphill.
Has anyone had/seen this problem before? I'm guessing the turbos put out a fair amount of heat and am fitting an oil cooler beyond that there is no water in the oil/oil in the water that would indicate head gasket problems.
