is that "twincam 20v" a sticker on the tailights? or is it part of the plastic like the "sprinter" normally seen on the other light.

ae86drift, the suspension is basically the cusco catalog, no bushes anywhere except for the front links on the swaybars, front and rear arms are all pillow ball cusco stuff, makes for sweet handling, front lower arm is fabricated cusco, i even have the cusco REAR roll centre adjuster!

This car certainly has been around for a while.
Im also interested what wheels they are? they are very similar to SSR, but the centre doesn't look the same.

The rims are an early RAYS, they are 15x7 +3 offset, just a point of interest to anyone fitting cusco lower control arm, with the pillow ball/rose joint/rod end screwed all the way in (where it mounts to front cross member) it will give you about 20mm more track, the arms are longer than factory arms.
P.S. the bullet holes are joke with my bro

yes they are rear coil overs, something I machined up when I was bored
Did I buy the car like that.....NO WAY, I bought it about 10 years ago, when ae86 weren't really known about, it was a dead stock aussie spec, I have done all the mods to it!! I try to make as much stuff as I can, i seriously don't have enough space to write down what is done to it!!
The front brakes are an FD series 7 caliper, these differ from series 4 and 5 in that they are squeeze cast, lighter and stronger, they differ from FD series 6 calipers in that they have different sized pistons to put even pressure on the pads, guys that use series 4,5,6 will notice that are the pads wear they wear on a taper, I custom made the brackets and the rotors are SW21 MR2 turbo rears.....282mmx22mm thick.

nightdevil, I think the cusco lower control arm is tricker! the caster rods and lower control arms are all rose joint/rod end/pillow ball when first fitting the lower control arms (with the inner rod end screwed all the way in) I had picked up 1 degree of negative camber extra, the lower control arm is longer thus also increasing track (which is good), if I were to screw the inner rod end out I'm sure I could get some ridiculous camber (there is ALOT of thread), note my rear sus is all cusco pillow ball stuff too, after fitting a friend of mine said wow it must be clunky, noisey etc, infact it's very quiet (I think he's used to buying flogged out stuff from jap importers and not new stuff) but it's immensly precise, I also have a Quaife quick rack fitted and the handling/steering is outstanding, I have been messing with the sus/spring rates etc for years and I have it at a point now where it is very very neutral, no oversteer no understeer (many will say oversteer is fun - -I AGREE, but when ya sliding ya not going!)
