i basically need the flange on the exhaust manifold to make a new
turbo manifold.

No they won't fit

3TG has a crossflow head, the 2T does not

I think the 2TG and 3TG manifolds are the same,.

Anyone confirm?

2T-G, 3T-C and 3T GTE share the same exhaust manifold layout (some earlier 2T G heads have smaller studs but same bolt spacing - the earlier ones were 8mm and the later ones use 10mm).

ALL T series engines are crossflow heads
ALL T series exhuast manifolds have the same pattern that bolts to the head, and yes there are different size studs on some.
