it would be good to know what your trying to engineer! car, engine, mods you are planning, etc.

Call vic roads get a list of all VASS approved motor vehicle engineers, make some calls and tell them wat your doing and they will tell you what sort of work they would expect to be able to engineer the mods on your car that your planning to do.
