How much hp can the auto handle....
Tue, 08 March 2005 02:55
Hello all,
I currently have a T.TJZX90 cresta.... soon I am to kit a HKST3G twin turbo kit and upgraded fuel system...
I have recently had the tranny fully rebuilt and am using Redline synthetic fluid and a truck sized tranny oil cooler and stage 1.5 shift kit....
Ive heard the auto (A430E?) can handle around 250rwkw in this state.... though Im hoping to push around 300rwkw...
do you think the tranny is up to the task? Would I be better off going for a 2750rpm stall converter? How can the internals be 'beefed up'
your opinions would be most appreciated..
thanks
