Will the Cressida MX62 struts bolt to Celica RA23 steering arms?? I want to put these struts in to my KE30 so these are the steering arms to use right.

i was going to use them in my ra40 celica with hilux 4 pots, but apparently the stub axle angle is wrong.
i am pretty sure they will bolt onto ure steering arms and in your strut towers though

Hi,
no they won't. Cressidas have a bigger balljoint and the mounting holes don't line up (not without modifications). Look at the tech articles about celica brake upgrades, there you'll find a article which deals with the options of steering arms you got.
Cheers.

it sounds like he will be NOT changing his RA23 steering arm, but simply bolting the MX62 strut without the MX62 steering arm attached onto his RA23 steering arm.
and im pretty sure that it will fit,
although im not sure if the MX62 brakes will make an improvement as they have smaller diameter rotors....although they are vented

Hi Brett,
I know, but the cressida struts do not bolt straight up to a Ra23 steering arm... the holes are about 10mm more apart on the Cressida strut then on the Ra23 steering arm...
Regards.
