goo to attach windscreens? Sun, 13 March 2005 13:02 Go to previous message
i've got to replace windscreens in two cars - my RA40 and an AB cordia - both have big, long cracks from heat & country driving

I'm guessing that new glass will be easy to locate than intact windows from wreckers but am unsure of what the black sticky sealant is that they use to install them.

the freak who put in the original RA40 glass used so much goo on the side windows, it's still oozing out 3 years later - so rather than listen to some weirdo rabbit on about how he's going to make millions out of the internet - i figure i'll do it myself.

tia,
