Choice turbo for a custom bolt on turbo setup?

Now it's not a Toyota I plan on building this for, but i'm thinking a CT turbo might be the way to go (always plenty for sale pretty cheap)
The motor is a Mazda BP01 (1.8lt 16v sohc) I'm not sure which of the CT's would better suit my application. the CT12 seems too small, perhaps the the CT20 or 26? what would you suggest? The car will likely run a max boost of 8-10psi intercooled.
