dont forget new headgasket etc... man taking the head off aint cheap.
new head stud kit etc..

cos there is soo much you "may aswell" do while you have it off.

Try having 32, makes cams very expensive.

32 shims, 32 buckets, 32 springs, etc etc.

Yeh mate I know Smile But hey, I suspect my head gasket is a tiny bit leaky anyway (smoke on startup).

I don't mind really, it's a good learning experience.

man, I pulled the head off off a 1g I had on the floor with no manifolds on it.
I dont wish that job onto anyone. stupid waterpump design.

ohhh dont i know that Smile A simple headgasket has turned into new rings, big end bearings, rebuild head, timing belt, etc etc etc on my car Wink

i dont no what there outlets are over there but try pro-torque (or garmax). the part number will be PA617, thats what i have in mine anyway. if you cant get any let me no ind i can get some organised through work.

i think i remember something about 4a ones fitting

but if I was to rebuild a head I remember something about rebuilding it with copper seals or something like that to stop the seals imploding at 9,000rpm
