The new HPI mag has a silver AE86 on the front cover that is running a 4AGE 20V with a GT25 which makes 153kw at the wheels. Very nice looking

That reminds me of some car DVD I was watching, maybe High Octane? Can't remember, either way they had three cars, an SW20, Newish Rex, and um.. some.. other car, either way the point was to see who could lap the fastest, the cars owners, or some pro racer driving the owners cars. Anyway, the guy driving the WRX cut the lowest time, and when the pro driver got in it for his turn, it turned out the Rex driver had the aircon on

I have driven the car, he stayed at our place for the 4thg round of drift nats at mallala. Drove it the day before before it blew up, lag was minimal. power was pretty good, my CA had a little bit more torque but the 4age sounded heaps better!

hmm..dont think any of them could drive. The muzza in the RX7 with one hand on the gear knob all the time? Based on that I think the Dr SW20 was the better driver out of the lot.
Also I think the SW20 had the quickest time.
Yer..that was the useless SP7. nothing interesting. only had some intro to Oz Driftin & Melb based Drift organisation, Oz first drift girl & the first Oz AE86 coverage. Boring .. ?

?? where did the Evo come from? Was it in SP7?
Yer the Evo's are pretty spectacular machines. a good mate has an EvoII. crazy 4 wheels drifts & burnouts
only prob is I like the Evo 6.5. but cant justify the price for a Lancer on steriods though.

I asked him if he was going to sell the hachi and he said he'd burn it before he sold it. The Subie isn't road registered so he doesnt get to drive it much.

And he does it without using the handbrake as much as other people, not that heres anything wrong with "e-brake" but to drift without it makes it even harder, to a degree.

I know how you sprinter boys are a little touchy when it comes to having more power than handling but its just my personal opinion. Nothing more....
