It's a 2 door KE20 in a mustard colour. I have just put a new
windscreen and seal in it ($320), new head gasket, rust removal from the sills and door panels. Body is in fair condition with some dints to be expected. Comes with 5 spoke alloy wheels, good tyres (80%),
SAAS drivers' seat (very comfortable), roll cage, SAAS sports steering
wheel and new aftermarket gear knob. Extractors and a 2" exhaust.
Aftermarket gauges:
- Tachometer
- Inlet Vacuum
- Oil Pressure
- Batt/Alt Volt
- Coolant temp
The engine is a 5K (1500cc as opposed to the usual 1200cc) with
extractors, sounds great. It has a 5 speed gearbox for better highway
economy. The brakes have also been upgraded and are very good, pulls
the car up better than many cars I have driven.
Also comes with a set of spare NGK spark plugs.
The car is located in South East Melbourne.
I am looking for $1000 firm for it. I have just run out of time to work on it as uni has become more intense. Please don't make silly offers; I am prepared to wait for the right person to come along who knows what its worth. $1000 is the absolute lowest I will go, I am already losing over $1000 on what I have spent on it. It doesn't have a RWC or Rego but is very close to RWC condition. Needs a new set of front brake pads.
This car would be perfect to use as a weekend racer. I had intended
to use it for Motorkhanas and Autocrosses.
I can provide more pictures on request. The car now has a windscreen in it by way, these photos were taken the day the screen and seal was replaced.
