1uz-fe RA40...Lets start planning?

Yeh well, i was looking around for some info on 1uz-fe into early celicas. Is there any guids anywhere?
The problems i have seen already are custom bellhousing, flywheels and etc thanks to fellow toymods knowledge, i have been told that the 1uz doesnt come in manual?
Correct or wrong, sorry frank if ya readin this just checking!
Anyway, if you guys wanna get together an give me a hand to plan it out? im pretty keen, and im wondering how hard will it be under western australian laws to licence a 4L v8 in a celica that comes standard with a 2L inline 4?
Anyway all inputs and ideas greatly appriciated
