Shorter length tie rods for a AE82 rack? Mon, 04 April 2005 11:50 Go to previous message
Hi all,

Does anyone know if tie rods from other model Celicas/Corollas can be used with the AE82 manual steering racks?

Im doing a R&P conversion using the AE82 rack on my RA28.

The AE82 tie rods are too long by about 70mm per side as you can see...

I would prefer to find a correct length tie rod off another car than get these cut down and re-threaded.

Thanks!
