looks like a 1jz manifold, wouldnt the 7m have the throttle body on the centre side of it?

7M would usually have the throttle body on the side but usually when going custom you go forward facing 
As for custom on a 1J the standard manifold is that well made you could spend the money elsewhere before going custom intake manifold

Almost certainly will require alternator moved mate.
Throttle would need to come off at an angle to clear it, and the plenum position would be inside the tower for that design to have the throttle pass the alternator if it wasnt moved
