ive been quoted $250 for CV outers for a v6 camry auto non abs

is this reasonable ?

If they are new and fitted then that's about the price you'll pay. They generally cut the old ones off and fit the new ones.

They are not a hard item to fit, so it's probably still not too bad.

Give the guys at Southern Drive Shafts a ring, they were half the price of anyone else I talked to and knew their stuff inside out.

yesterday was the first time (and last time) i do CVs .. goddddaaammm... Razz

will anyone buy my old cvs off me if i recondition them i.e. get all the shitty grease off and clean it up get new boots etc ?
