dont need to cut, there's a plug hidden away in the roof - you just gotta pull really hard on the rubber grommet/tube that goes from hatch to roof (a small screwdriver used carefully can avoid breaking this grommet)
then pull through the wires, disconnect plug, and give me the ra60 hatch *nods*

electric arial - just fiddle with it. it's a 12mm spanner from memory, but once you crack open the interior trim it's fairly obvious. side vents I've never tried - they're also secured inside with a bolt which you'll need to remove, when you re-install them I'mnot sure how good the seal owuld be, depending on the condition of the rubber seal.
