mz20 centre bearing replacement

hi guys, im replacing the centre bearing on my mz20 89' soarer and iv'e taken the driveshaft off, i cant figure out from looking at it exactly how im supposed to remove the bearing.
My other problem is finding somewhere that sells a replacement, im in Melbourne, Is the centre bearing the same as the oz delivered supra's?
oh and while im at it i also have to find rear lower control arm bushes, no-one has them or even knows where i might get them...
can anyone please help??
