Thu, 05 May 2005 12:51 hi, just installed a rwd 4age in my sprinter - it came with an alternator similar to my 4ac one (engine was last in a ke70 I think), has a bracket that goes on the exhaust side of the engine. Only problem is there is nowhere to bolt the top alternator mount to on the engine. I am thinking I will have to make a custom mount for the adjustment bar to bolt to - surely someone else here has had this problem before? Will an alternator and mount from a fwd 4age fit my engine? anyone got anything suitable for sale in melbourne? Cheers. [Report message to a moderator]
