If it is on your sunvisor then it would be talking about having child restraints in the front and, if you have any, it would be talking about the airbags

4 can be read as shi (not chi) or yon

shi means death in chinese and is therefore considered unlucky and won't be used at things like funerals

apart from that, yon is usually used more

My reading is really shithouse.
It mentions the turbochargers once and says to idle the engine for 2 minutes. I can't read whether that's before you start driving or after because that white thing is in the way. Can you take the pic again, moving the white thingy?
I think be safe and just let it idle for two minutes before and after driving.

yeah, 4 has two different ways of being said, (shi & yon) and 7 can also be said as nana or shichi, and most of the numbers are cut of a bit (eg. ichi becomes ich, roku becomes rok etc.)

Looks like a similar layout to the one on the GT4.
The GT4 one basically says:
1) Avoid sudden racing or acceleration when cold
2) Allow up to 120 seconds cool down after towing, uphill or hard driving.

Then it goes on about the oil.

Be careful if you consider using 10W/30, in Japan cars often run thinner oil like 10W/30 because of their colder climate... you'll find most cars that run 10W/30 in Japan will have 15W/50 or 20W/50 as their recommended oil weight in Australia.
