Turbos / Oil Shortage

I was cleaning out my engine bay a couple of days ago and noticed this kink in my high pressure oil line to the turbo. After just recently having my exhaust manifold repaired which required taking off the turbo etc. I took it back and showed the guy who did the mechanical work. He said it wouldnt have caused any harm to the turbo if I hadnt noticed anything major wrong with drivability which I hadnt.
I have driven around for about 2-2.5 weeks with the line like this, what are your opinions on this, could this have caused any damage to the turbo, I am also concerned about the long term effects, even though I am not having any issues with it now could this cause problems down the track because of the lack of oil.
Anyway heres the pics, appreciate any help regarding this matter, as I am not so sure what I should do, or whether to be worried or not.

Cheers,
Mitch.
