gen3 3sgte into st165 gt4???

just wondering if any1 had done this kind of conversion b4?
if so what is the costs and what troubles did you have?
are the engine mounts the same, and does it mate up to the 165 gearbox?
i know a new aftermarket computer would be required, as the st165 is an AFM to start with, but i know there must be more to look at.
is this a good conversion idea? or should the money be better spent on rebuilding the current first gen1 3sgte. has any1 converted the gen1 3sgte to MAP sensor?
