Installing Boost Controller into Soarer

Hey Guys,
I received my HKS EVC 3 Boost controller fresh (well slightly used) from Malaysia on Monday and am planing on installing it tomorrow.
I've looked up the PDF manuals from the HKSUSA.com website and it all looks fairly straight forward but they only have documentation for single turbo applications.
What is the easiest way to install the actuator. Do I just link the wastegate lines together with a T piece to the actuator?
Any of those who have installed a boost controller (manual or electronic) previously, what size tubing is needed?
Any other pointers would be greatly appreciated.
