1g-gte enigne noise???

hey ive had my 92 supra for about a month (i havnt realy drivin it much due to frontal damage) and while i was under the bonnet i noticed it made a harsh vibrating clicking noise from the front turbo/tappet area at just a lil over idle say from 2.000rpm
the previous owner had a boost tap hooked up to this turbo only (idiot!)
i know i need to get it checked out asap i was just wonder if these motors (1g-gte) are prone for anything?
also theres browny/milky stuff in the radiator and the oils a lil milky and the oi caps got the same milky brown sludge in it which is a preddy good sign of a blown head gasket but the car runs great no smoke starts fine doesnt overheat?
any ideas?
