vn1uz Newcomer Location: Geelong Registered: May 2005	1jzgte into VN commodore Sun, 22 May 2005 11:11 Hey guys just picked up the 1jz that I'm helping a mate to put into his vn commodore. it looks to be in good nick etc but i have a few questions there looks like there is another p/s pump on the turbo side of the motor. What was it used for and how hard it it to remove ?? or disable also the same goes with the air con pump can we just unbolt that so we are just left with Alt and P/s or do they need to be left in place because of the belt length and not being able to get shorter ones etc ?? has any one done this conversion i have tried a search and didn't really uncover much we are getting engine and gearbox mounts from the Rod shop so it should bolt straight in thanks [Report message to a moderator]
