89 black manual gz soarer. sold

Late 89 model , factory 5 speed, boost gauge , turbo timer , remote alarm , tinted windows , coil overs ,momo steering wheel and gear knob, new pioneer cd player, used 3" cat back exhaust, pod filter, bit under 85 k's . I believe its a 2nd gen as its only running 8 pound ? Interia is neat and dark blue/black , has 16" by 8.5 rear and 8 front i think. Straight body , paint needs attention , i dont know if its fixable or if it needs a respray. Black over grey. Also has new ball joints and front suspension bushes.
Ill provide current pics if anyone is interested enough ? I was thinking around 9 with 3 months rego.

Yeah it is a 1g . I will put some pics up tomorrow or friday at the latest... I was / am thinking about puting a 1jz in it , but really should be saving for a house.

i would be but 9k is fairly overpriced...seeing as there have been a few GT limited editions with good mods going for around 6.5k in the past few months

Well if it wont go for over 8 ill keep it. Cant afford to lose that much money. Were they factory manual ? And black over grey (although the paint has bad spots) ? Which is reasonably rare for a soarer.

This is a gt limited , has cruise control and TEMS but it needs the proper steering wheel for the cruise.
I would sell it for 6800 , but id remove the steering wheel , coil overs and cd player.

Mate I would be proud to own that car.I think it looks great lowered like that and the colour looks much better than the light coloured ones.a few bucks repairing the paint and a classy ride in my opinion.Just need the right buyer,there might be plenty around but they dont look like yours.Best of luck.Pete.

It does look alot nicer then the pics would suggest . Its not like the car is a pig. But you normally get that effect with pictures for some reason.

Yea i already knew the GZ20 was a 1GGTE and the MZ20/21 were 7MGTE. Free bumb for a very nice car hopefully itll be round still in a few months. if it is ill be flying to Adeliade.
Oh and yes there are lots more manual GZ series than MZ ones.

Well its no rocketship. Its fairly standard as listed above. Little slugish in first due to the weight, but it gets going alright in 2nd and third. I would hazard a guess and say it would keep up with a ba xr8.
