cheap clutch replacements in sydney?

Got an ae93 sx hatch.
I want to get my clutch replaced.
Im not looking for anything fancy like heavy duty, id be happy with a standard replacement clutch or similar as long as it aint made in china 
Whats the cheapest price anyone knows of or has had it done and where abouts can i get it done?

your local mechanic or just buy the clutch and spend the weekend putting it in yourself.

i heard of a mate getting a cheap clutch kit from precision for an sr20
apparently they're like a repco type place although i've never been there.

There's an auto-parts place in Canley Vale (can't remember the name of it sorry) that sells Daikin clutch kits at a reasonable price from memory..
Like 4agte said - buy the kit and take it to your local mechanic. They're a pain in the arse to change yourself.

When i lived in syd 5yrs back, Carlton clutch were by far the best. Priced a mates clutch there a few months back and seems they still are the cheapest

agreed.
I've gotten prices from carlton clutch for an exeedy clutch and they were the best compared to any other place i found.

But i may even get it done wiv a nice fellow toymoder who has helped out quite a fair amount of ppl. Very nice bloke with nice prices.
