 3s-gte(st185) into ta-23 conversion

I am about to undertake this conversion within the next few weeks but id like to get a few things right in my head first. I have a st-185 3s-gte and i wanted to know peoples thoughts on this engine and also parts compatability with the st-205 3s-gte's. (ie sump, oil pump, injectors etc.) My second worry is the sump, as I dont want to loose the engine due to oil problems, will i need to get a custom sump made with bafflings in the correct direction??
Lastly, if I use the st-185 / 2s bellhousing / w58 gearbox combo, will I need to modify the bellhousing so the starter is on the other side??
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
ps. what would be a realistic and reliable hp figure when i run with a custom intake, custom turbo manifold, turbo upgrade, fuel system upgrade and a haltech?
