I just want to say BIG ups to the guy for not crashing afterwards...
If a chicken went thru my windscreen i'd:
A. poop
B. Slam the brakes,
C. Most likely hit something as the window is shattered and couldnt see sh*t !!!!

Apart from that there's 2 of that model Porsche running around Noosa here and its the first time i've seen 1 with the top up. Rain and wind no worries mate i'm in a Porsche. Flying chickens might be the reason for that.....

actually look at the car the chicken had to be flying cos there is no damage to the front of the car to suggest its been defelcted off and it would have bounced off the window then anyway, this chciken had to hit at a level tragedary suggesting it was either flying or thrown at the car.
And lloyd chickens do fly they can get about 2-3m off the gorund and maintain flight for maybe 20-30secs i have seen it happen. And when they would be spooked seeing an oncoming car its possible it tried to fly got about 1m off the gorund and boom smack into the porsche's window.

The chickens that we've got here from time to time roost on tree branches.
No, the chock isn't as flightless as most people would believe.
