anyone know if the timing gear on an 18r-c can be accessed without removing the head? My problem is that one of the chain guides is loose (buggered if I know where the bolts have gone) with the rocker cover off you can actually get soem pliers onto it and move it about, thus the timing is pritty stuffed and it's very rately. I was thinking might be able to just drop the sump, any sergestions???
