Balancing Flywheels (warning: massive pics)

Hey all. Just curious as to how many times you can balance a single flywheel?
I just recently discovered i had a 215mm 4age flywheel lying around and want to use it for the new engine but noticed it already has some parts drilled out of it.
Anyone know if this could be a problem?
The pics show 2 smaller holes drilled all the way through and one large hole on the inside face.

no reason to balance it, unless you just want to for the hell of it. any special reason why you wanna???
it absolutely needs to be resurfaced if you want to do a decent job!
it almost absolutely needs to be cleaned up or resurfaced on its mating surface to the crank!
those 2 holes on the inside aren't for balancing, but that large one near 11 o'clock in the first pic is.

factory balancing? looks similar to that done to K motor flywheels

It looks like factory balancing and it won't be an issue. The flywheel can be rebalanced multiple times. For the best job, take your pressure plate as well.

Thats nothing... the factory flywheel off my frontcut had about 5 drill holes from factory balancing!

Great thanks guys!
I'm getting the entire engine balanced up so flywheel, pressure plate, crank, rods, pistons and harmonic balaner. It's a given that i'll machine and clean up the flywheel as well.

Well the engine balance itself is about $160 if i remember correctly. But i don't think this will include cleaning up/machining the flywheel but i can't imagine it being that much more expensive ontop of this price.
