4age smallport air intake to bigport airbox?

im assuming you cant use the bigport airbox with a smallport intake, of course 
basically i want to know if it's possible to make an adapter thing so i can use my pretty much new k&n panel filter (for a bigport airbox) with a smallport intake
or if anyone's done it...

whats different between the boxes???/
is there a sensor (air temp i thinks) in the 100kw air box???

so why cant you use the big port box shouldnt be an issue you can allwys modify the big port box so that it breathes a little better

well that's what i want to do, but i need to know if you can just make an adapter to fit the small port intake, or would that not be a good idea...
