i have an idea for the classifieds. not sure if it's been brought up here or not.
ausrotary forum has been using this for a while...it's a 'for sale template' you have to use this format to sell something, or put in a WTB, or your thread gets deleted.
here's a cut/paste of their rules..

I suggest using the bold/unbold tags, as it is heaps clearer to read.
If you do not use this form, or neglect to fill out details such as location, your ad will be removed without warning.
There will be a 14 day grace period within which we will not delete posts, but please become accustomed to this new form in the interim. We will also use this 14 day period as a trial. If it is succesful, we will keep it going.
