SE-86 big brakes finally finished
Wed, 06 July 2005 07:39
I'm being cheeky and have decided to call it an SE-86 from now on.
The big brakes are on, yet to be bled and driven.
The difference between the standard AE-86 disc and the big one.
Test fit on the strut.
16" wheel, still plenty of room left.
No backing plate, so I have to keep some temps in the brakes in puddles.
Toyota RAV4 discs, 300m diameter 19mm thick & ventilated, Wilwood Dynalite four-spot cailpers, milled backing plate from a large chunk of alloy.
Fingers crossed it'll work well.
