I don't know who to contact for this matter so i decided to make a post.
About a month and a half ago i bought a Greddy Turbo Timer off Levin86, i paid him within minutes of recieving his pm and to this day have recieved nothing from him. I have sent many pm's which have all been eventually replied to with a different excuse each time, being the good natured person i am, i took his word for it, but now i have had enough.
I noticed he is selling two items atm, i urge people to steer clear of him.

If levin86 reads this, then thanks for stealing my money! i dont earn that much as it is since im at uni, last thing i need is some one stealing what little money i do have.
