I wouldn't be asking this question if it didn't have that bolt at the top attaching the mount to the head as well as the block.. Does this offer extra strength between the block and head? Its quite a hefty cast iron mount, and I'm building a 550kg Clubman, so every kilogram saved helps. Cheers Spectral. [Report message to a moderator]
