Fuel lines Thu, 14 July 2005 11:41 Go to next message
Hey all,
i need advice on what size fuel line i would need for the return line from a surge tank to the main tank. the lift pump has a 3/8th in and out. the main pump uses a 3/8th in 5/16th out. the return line from the fuel rail is 3/16th. the motor is a 3tg. any help would be most appreciated.

The return line from the surge tank should be the same size as the inlet line to the surge tank.

i 2nd Norbie...
you just need hose big enough to flow ALL the fuel that goes to the surge (as most will be returned at idle)...
