Broke Sway mounts ?!

Left side rear. The bolt that joins the bushed end to the chasis
has snapped clean at the sway bar.
1. Why would this happen?
2. Where would be a good plase to get a replacement bolt?
3. As long as i dont try any dorifto is is temporarily ok
to drive to the parts place like this if i removed the bolt
to match it up?
