i have dona a 1G-GTE conversion and am having trouble locating the water temp gauge. i see the GTE ECU has a THW pin which is meant to be the water temp sensor. is this the same sensor as the one measure by the gauge or are there separator sensors?
Also the reason why i can't find it is it may be in the old ECU main plug (as it is part of the car loom not part of the engine loom. i did have to wire the check engine light to this plug so maybe there is something there. looking over what a wrote down for the ECU pins one is called THA. Anyone know what this would be or if it is equivalent.
